Before joining the LJ Team, she had been running her own businesses and had been a member of the membership since it's inception in 2017!! She’s the face you’ll see at training workshops, live in the group and when you chat with us online about anything membership related, you’re usually connecting with Shelly.

MEET LISA - OUR FOUNDER

Lisa Johnson is a business strategist, not a coach. What’s the difference? A coach helps you find the answers within yourself. A strategist tells you what to do with no excuses accepted.
She is also a best selling author who makes 90% of her money through passive or semi-passive income streams. Her business has made over £12m in the first six years.
After a tough childhood spent in social housing, Lisa went on to have successful careers in law, banking and the entertainment industry.
Lisa strongly believes that business is not difficult, rather it is just people who make it difficult. Her mantra has always been “I’m nothing special.”
She has spoken on too many stages and shows, and been featured in way too many publications to list them all here! (Although it’s worth mentioning that a feature on Lisa in Forbes magazine garnered over a quarter of a million views in one week.)
Lisa is vocal in standing up to any form of unfairness or bullying, and believes profitability and integrity in business can be best buddies. She is an ambassador for the charity BulliesOut and is known for her anti-bullying campaigning online.
Lisa lives in Bedfordshire, UK with her husband and twin sons but speaks and coaches around the globe.
